Statement of Warranty All beverage fittings manufactured and/or sold by Fittings, Inc. are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year. Our warranty is limited to replacing parts. We maintain the right to inspect the product to determine if it is, in our opinion, defective. Fittings, Inc. will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages or expenses which might result from using our products. Any warranties except the above, express or implied, are excluded. Custom Work Fittings, Inc. welcomes opportunities to create new custom products. Our engineering staff is available to help customers turn ideas and concepts into working designs, models, prototypes, production samples, and volume shipments. We frequently quote new products based on customer request for unique applications as well as variations of existing products. If you have need of a product not currently offered on our website or in our catalog, you can contact us with your request. DRC Conflict-Free Sourcing Fittings Inc. supports worldwide concerns that metals mined in the conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) may be making their way into the supply chain. Fittings Inc. policy requires that it complies with the expectations in the EICC program by surveying its supply chain partners to gather smelter names, using EICC Conflict Free Smelters only and certify in writing they do not knowingly procure gold, tantalum, tungsten or tin, from conflict areas of the DRC, for use in products it produces or sells. Due to traceability issues and the lack of mines or smelters effectively participating in the regulation, Fittings Inc. cannot currently certify with 100% certainty that our supply chain is Conflict Free until supply chain transparency is more discernible. California Proposition 65, August 2018 Updates Fittings, Inc. recognizes the requirements of California Proposition 65, August 2018 updates. We will provide the appropriate compliance documentation upon request.
